The cuisine of Mastercook Evangelos Triantopoulos is simple and complicated at the same time. In addition to the sharp attention to the quality of the product, he is particularly attentive to the cooking techniques.

After major modernization work, its restaurant “Le Gril aux Herbes” is available in three gourmet and epicurean versions: gastronomic table, refined tapas bar and sushi counter are all spaces to sit down inside. There is also a superb outdoor terrace.

Evangelos always displays the three key elements of his cuisine: the dish, the accompaniment and the sauce. For the rest he has a lot of empathy for the best craftsmen, producers and other excellent winegrowers of his native Greece.
