Young Master Laurence Haegeman grew up in the family restaurant and helped in the kitchen from an early age. This is how her interest in gastronomy grew.

After hotelschool and an internship of 1 year with Mastercook Frank Fol, she went to work in her parents' brasserie.

Step by step she took over the kitchen and started cooking more gastronomically. Now she is at the stove with her brother Jonas. They are two opposites that complement each other perfectly.

The cuisine of "De Vijf Seizoenen" (The Five Seasons) is creative with everything that grows and blooms as the starting point: pure, light and refined with a preference for local seasonal products.

Restaurant De Vijf Seizoenen" (The Five Seasons) is one of the best vegetable restaurants in Belgium and figures in the top 100 in the world.
