Restaurant Cédric exudes the atmosphere of a French brasserie from the 1930s in combination with some contemporary elements.

​As an eye-catcher, the impressive wine collection was placed centrally in the restaurant in a glass wine room surrounded by metal profiles.

​In addition to a complete restyling of the interior and kitchen, the restaurant was expanded with a Private Room in the kitchen where up to fourteen guests can enjoy their lunch or dinner at a long wooden table in a family and intimate atmosphere.

The cuisine of Mastercook Cédric Poncelet is Burgundian and based on the classic French and Belgian cuisine.
