At only 25 years old, Young Master Alexandre Ciriello is already an experienced chef who practices a very personal cooking art in the family restaurant L'Horizon. In 2018 he was awarded “Discovery of the Year” by Gault&Millau and in 2022 as “Young Chef of the Year for Wallonia”. He has developed a very special menu system based on a card game where you can create your own menu based on a series of suggestions.

Through his cuisine, Young Master Alexandre Ciriello wants to introduce you to a new approach, to awaken your senses and to tell you a story in a few dishes.

The restaurant offers a unique 16-seat room full of personality, friendliness but above all a special atmosphere.
