Bistro JETT is the creation of Mastercook Dries Huisseune and hostess Sarah Deputter, located in the polder land behind Knokke-Heist. JETT stands for “Just Enjoying Time Together”, and that's about it!

To keep the atmosphere intimate, there is only room for 28 guests. It is therefore recommended to book in advance.

Expect innovative dishes with a nod to classic cuisine, original and seasonal. Sometimes inspired by South American cuisine, sometimes with oriental touches.

In the kitchen is a passionate young kitchen brigade at work who will turn your plate into a real gem. Every dish is finished down to the last detail before serving. And you can see them at work, because Dries and his team work in an open kitchen.
