Mastercook Gert De Mangeleer and Joachim Boudens have done it again! Their unique Hertog Jan story has come to Antwerp where the gastronomic partnership that led to three Michelin stars has revived its culinary concept. A hub of innovative cuisine, Hertog Jan recreates the West Flemish garden experience in an intimate setting with its own greenhouse, beehives and herb garden for flower, herb and tomato supplies.

The restaurant is intimate, with a limited number of covers. The interior design by Benoit Viaene is honest and unique, allowing connoisseurs to focus on the art that is brought to their hand-crafted wooden tables.
