Mastercook Michel Borsy has for several years been executive chef at the Restaurant Les Eleveurs in Halle where he can totally develop his passion for creative gastronomy. The whole dining room and kitchen are totally renewed to celebrate the 125th anniversary of this family restaurant, which has been operated by the De Brouwer family since 1897.
