Mastercook Patrick Celeghin is the 'orchestra leader' of Traiteur Paulus, a catering company that employs no less than 4 Mastercooks. He is a member of the management committee and closely involved with the production as an executive chef. He leads the events and in the kitchen he has the role of supervisor and coordinator.
