Since 2020 restaurant La Granja 4 has developed into one of the cosy and familial pillars in the Flemish Ardennes restaurant scene.
The vision in La Granja 4 cuisine has always centered around the quality of the individual produce, driven by a quest to achieve the optimum on the basis simplicity.
Mastercook Stefan Van Paemel works closely with his suppliers who are mainly small Flemisch Ardennes producers with respect for sustainability and nature. The food is dynamic and consists of menus that are changing as the season and mood of the chef.
