Mastercook Dominique Pille is in charge in the kitchen of restauurant 't Kantientje “ in Knokke-Heist: he is the master in combining delicious flavours. This is proven by his recognition as the best Belgian mussel chef (1995), the Grand Prix of the Guide des Connaisseurs (2004) and the Zilveren bistro (2012).
