Bistro JETT is de verwezenlijking van Mastercook Dries Huisseune en gastvrouw Sarah Deputter, gelegen in het polderland achter Knokke-Heist. JETT staat voor “Just Enjoying Time Together”, en daarmee is alles gezegd!

To keep the atmosphere intimate, there's only room for 28 guests. So, booking in advance is definitely recommended.

Expect innovative dishes with a nod to classic cuisine, original and seasonal. Sometimes inspired by South American cuisine, other times with oriental touches.

In the kitchen, a passionate young culinary team transforms your plate into a true gem. Each dish is finished to the smallest detail before serving. And you can see it, as Dries and his team work in an open kitchen.
