Their unique Hertog Jan story has arrived in Antwerp, where the gastronomic partnership that led to three Michelin stars has breathed new life into the culinary concept. Hertog Jan, a hub of innovative cuisine, has reimagined the West Flemish garden experience in an intimate setting complete with its own greenhouse, beehives, and herb garden for flowers, herbs, and tomatoes.
The restaurant is intimate, with a limited number of seats. Benoit Viaene's interior design is honest and distinctive, allowing connoisseurs to focus on the artistry brought to the handcrafted wooden tables.
