In the charming Restaurant "De Vijf Seizoenen" siblings Jonas and Laurence Haegeman work the stove, a duo who grew up surrounded by the pots and pans of their family Restaurant. From an early age, they helped out in the kitchen, where their passion for gastronomy was born.

Jonas initially dreamed of a career as an architect or graphic designer, but soon discovered he could channel his creativity just as well in the kitchen. Step by step, he took cooking more seriously and developed a refined, gastronomic style. Laurence followed a similar path: after studying at hospitality school and interning with Mastercook Frank Fol, she returned to the family kitchen, where she evolved from brasserie dishes to high-end seasonal cuisine.

Although they are two opposites, Jonas and Laurence complement each other perfectly. Together they create a pure, light, and refined menu, where everything that grows and blooms takes center stage. With a strong preference for local seasonal products, they put vegetables in the leading role, without losing sight of taste or elegance.

The Restaurant rightfully ranks among Belgium's best vegetable restaurants and even makes the worldwide top 100. Here, it's all about authenticity, craftsmanship, and a modern twist on classic techniques – a place where every bite is a tribute to nature.

Let yourself be surprised in "De Vijf Seizoenen" by a culinary experience where vegetables take center stage!
