Mastercook Patrick Celeghin is the 'orchestra leader' of Traiteur Paulus, a catering company that employs no less than 4 Mastercooks. He is part of the management committee and, as executive chef, is closely involved in production. He leads events and, in the workshop, he acts as supervisor and coordinator.
