Mastercook Patrick Celeghin is the 'conductor' of Traiteur Paulus, a catering company with no fewer than 4 Mastercooks on staff. He is a member of the management committee and as executive chef is closely involved in production. He manages the events and in the workshop he has the role of supervisor and coordinator.
