'Au Vieux Port' is what you'd call a 'fixture' on Antwerp's Eilandje. The restaurant has been around since 2007 and is known for its classic French cuisine and tableside preparations.

Young Master Stijn Havermans has been elevating classics for years. For example, the 'Canard à la Rouennaise' offers a unique experience: the dish is partly prepared at the table with an authentic 'Presse à Canard', a traditional duck press.

At restaurant 'Au Vieux Port', you can enjoy seasonal classics such as pheasant 'Fine Champagne' or saddle of hare 'Arlequin'. Throughout the year, you can also find classics like eels in green sauce or a black-legged chicken from the Landes. A must-try delicacy is the 'Tarte au Boudin Basque'!
