Mastercook Fabrice Vuillemin welcomes his guests on the first floor of a stylish historic mansion in Knokke. From the dining room you have a view into the kitchen where the chef prepares his dishes using the freshest market produce. Quality and finesse are combined into creative and flavorful gastronomic dishes. Fabrice works alone in the kitchen and serves his guests himself. A deliberate choice because 'small can be beautiful', and the chef proves it.

The ground floor of the house, which was recently completely redecorated, has been transformed into a cozy Cuban-style bar and serves as an aperitif area.
