At the Michelin-starred restaurant "Tinèlle" you're after more than just a tasty plate, you also taste a piece of history.

The venue is 'Het Predikheren', a former monastery and military hospital from the seventeenth century that has been transformed into a cultural hotspot today. In the left wing, where monks once enjoyed their rest during their travels, chefs Mastercook Ken Verschueren and Jenny Callens showcase their passion for the craft today.

Their recipe is simple: create a lively place where you can enjoy classic French-Belgian cuisine with a gastronomic twist. No imposed menus, no stiff black-and-white waiters, no fuss. Just pleasant dining in an environment that provides all the ingredients for it.
