Hertog Jan at Botanic Antwerp

Mastercook Gert De Mangeleer and Joachim Boudens have done it again! Their unique Hertog Jan story has come to Antwerp where the gastronomic partnership that led to three Michelin stars, has breathed new life into the culinary concept. Hertog Jan, a hub of innovative cuisine, has recreated the West Flemish garden experience in an intimate setting with its own greenhouse, beehives, and herb garden for flowers, herbs, and tomatoes.

The restaurant is intimate, with a limited number of seats. Benoit Viaene's interior design is honest and unique, allowing connoisseurs to focus on the art brought to the handmade wooden tables.
