At barely 25 years old, Young Master Alexandre Ciriello was already a seasoned chef who practices a very personal culinary art in the family restaurant under the banner L'Horizon. In 2018, he was crowned "Discovery of the Year" by Gault&Millau and in 2022, "Young Chef of the Year for Wallonia." He has developed a very special menu system based on a card game where you can compose your own menu from a series of suggestions.

Through his cuisine, Young Master Alexandre Ciriello wants to introduce you to a new approach, awaken your senses, and tell you a story in a few dishes.

The restaurant offers a unique 16-seat dining room full of personality, friendliness, but above all, a special atmosphere.
