Generosity, curiosity, and intuition are the keywords for this chef, son and grandson of Belgian restaurateurs, who grew up in Provence before moving to Paris to train in the brigades of great Michelin-starred chefs.

In 2015, Matthias Van Eenoo returned to his Belgian roots by opening the gastronomic restaurant Brugmann.
